Great people work here and I have recommended them many times. I work in Property Management and even some of our owners have taken them on as their go to people for Appliance and HVAC issues at their personal homes & rentals. I met Gary about 15 years ago when someone introduced me to him for my appliance needs. Now, not only does he work on my and my rental propertie appliances, he is now my HVAC guy as well. I've been using 877-Appliance for 3+ years now for all of my refrigerator repairs and they are excellent.  I defiantly recommend them for appliance related issues.  Gary is AWESOME! My real estate agent recommended this company to me, and I'm so grateful she did. Gary came out to my home, tried everything he could to get my washing machine working, and could not. He then spent hours doing research to find the part, which unfortunately, the company stopped making in 2014, eight years ago, yikes! He could only find one part from one buyer, ordered it, and we hoped it would work, and it did! (The dryer is 20 years old, but the home was barely lived in for 18 years, but still... it's old.) If Gary had not done this research, I'd be without a washing machine until I could afford to buy a new one. So he did me a huge favor. Honest, diligent, kind man. I'm grateful. Our AC unit was not working and 1-877 Appliance came out quickly and fit us in right away to see what was wrong. Our unit ended up needing to be replaced and we did shop around but there was no better price (or responsiveness) than these guys! Also, they were going to be able to replace the unit quicker than anyone else. They are very professional and give you straight answers about work needed and cost of the work. There is no guessing or random price "discounts" that we were seeing with other companies. Gary was always there to answer any questions we had and he was extremely thoughtful in the way he laid out the work that was needed. A few weeks back I had a terrible experience with another heating and air company. When I called my HOA for another referral they gave me the number for 1-877 Appliance Heating and Air. 

From the moment I called, I knew this company was different. Aida was very friendly, attentive, and quick to have a technician order the parts I needed. She also kept me updated throughout the whole process which was very reassuring.

When the parts did arrive, the technicians Gary and Eddie both came to my condo to help fix my AC. I was hesitant to have strangers in my condo during COVID, however they both observed socially distancing while wearing masks. The knowledge that those two brought helped with an easy and quick fix to my AC.

Gary was extremely professional with good communication skills. He repaired our refrigerator's main control sensor with efficiency. Cost of part was expensive but labor was not. Our dogs loves him. Fast-forward four years and now my GE Monogram is collecting its pension, at over 14 years old. I go to Trader Joe's and spend $200 to stock my refrigerator and freezer for the second wave of COVID and of course, the next day at lunch, I see that my refrigerator is not cooling. I call 1-877-Appliance and they were only able to book me for the next day, which would mean all my food would spoil...I said that I would try another vendor to try to save my food. Within 15 minutes, I get a call back from the dispatcher who told me that a tech finished his morning job earlier than expected...and it was Gary! The guy who came before! So consider this: I placed my call to them at 12:23. By 1:27 -- my refrigerator was repaired (inverter box -- I feared it was the compressor), and Gary was out the door. Crisis averted, and again, I have to thank them for their rapid response and the confidence that the GE Monogram will live to see at least another year or two.
